Compression fitting

Compression fitting is a type of Tube Fitting. These connection are popular because they do not require heat or soldering, and quick and easy to use. There are two types of compression fitting, standard (British type-A/non-manipulative) and flare fittings (British type-B/manipulative). To use Compression fittings no modifications require to the tubing but Flare fittings require some modification of the tubing while using. Compression fittings are suitable to use for water and compressed air connections.
